NOVELTY - The collecting apparatus has a filtration element (310) that is arranged for filtering out foreign matter from the filtrate water. A porous graphene element is provided for adsorbing the metallic material from the vapor-filtering water. The second filter (314) is installed to surround the first filter (312), for providing filtering space. USE - Foreign matter collecting apparatus for sucking filtrate containing foreign matter separated from work surface by operation of underwater cleaning robot in vessel. ADVANTAGE - In addition to foreign substances from the inhaled water during the cleaning operation of the outer surface of the hull, the marine pollution can be prevented by removing metallic materials including copper compounds. The clogging of filter is prevented by shaking off the foreign matter adhering to the surface of the filtration element by the collision with the clogging component. The two driving wheels and the steering wheel implement three-point support when traveling on the upper surface of the workbench, and the driving wheel is tilted corresponding to the inclination of the upper surface of the workbench, so that the upper surface of the workbench having curved surface can be stably driven. Since the height of the cleaning unit can be adjusted corresponding to the height or inclination of the top surface of the work surface in the process of traveling on the upper surface of the work surface having curved surface, the optimal cleaning conditions can be maintained.
