▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing flexible paper-like reduced graphene oxide film comprises (i) using improved Hummers method for fully oxidizing pure graphite having fine granularity to obtain graphite oxide; (ii) washing graphite oxide using diluted hydrochloric acid and deionized water to obtain colloidal graphite oxide having pH of 5; (iii) uniformly coating the colloidal graphite oxide in polypropylene tube surface or quartz tube inner surface, and culture dish bottom; and (iv) controlling vacuum degree, temperature and reduction time for reducing colloidal graphite oxide at specific temperature and time. USE - The reduced graphene oxide film is useful in energy store and transfer electrode material, biomedical material, sensor material and electromagnetic compatible material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy to operate; requires low reducing temperature; does not need utilizes reducing agent and expensive inert gas and reducing gas protection, hence it is economical. The reduced graphene oxide film: has high-product yield, surface shape uniformity, specific metallic luster, good flexibility, layered structure and controllable size and thickness; and can be prepared into carbon-based composite material of high-quality substrate material.
