▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of aptamer of SEQ ID NO: 1 for selectively binding to a compound of a plant of a Solanaceaefamily. USE - The aptamer is useful: for selectively binding to a compound of a plant of a Solanaceaefamily; for producing an aptasensor; and in an aptasensor system for determining an amount of capsaicin in a sample of target material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of aptamer of SEQ ID NO: 1 (comprising fully defined sequence of 12 amino acids as given in the specification) for selectively binding to a compound of a plant of a Solanaceaefamily. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an aptasensor comprising an electrode configured to generate at least one electrical signal, and an aptamer layer provided on the electrode in an electrically communicative fashion, where the aptamer layer comprises the aptamer of SEQ ID NO: 1; producing (M1) the aptasensor comprising depositing the aptamer; an aptasensor system (30) for determining an amount of capsaicin in a sample of target material, comprising the aptasensor and a detector arrangement configured to interface with the aptasensor so as at least to receive a at least one electrical signal from it, where the detector arrangement comprises an output device configured to output data, a memory device storing data, an electrical interface for receiving an establishing an electrical connection with the electrode of the aptasensor and a processor communicatively coupled to the output device and the electrical interface, where the processor is configured to receive at least one electrical signal from the aptasensor, in use and process the received at least one electrical signal to generate an output signal representative of the amount of capsaicin present in the sample for output via the output device; and determining (M2) an amount of capsaicin present in a sample of target material, comprising providing the aptasensor, contacting at least a part of the aptasensor with the sample, controlling voltage of the electrode of the aptasensor, receiving resulting current from the electrode in contact with the sample and processing the received current to generate an output signal representative of the amount of capsaicin present in the sample for output via a suitable output device.
