▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises epoxy-based resin, amine-based curing agent, and conductive filler. The epoxy resin is an aliphatic epoxy-based resin having hydrophilic properties, and the mixing ratio of epoxy resin and amine-based curing agent is 5:1-0.3:1. USE - The composition is useful for antistatic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition cannot be easily removed in organic solvents and dissolves well in hydrophilic solvents to maximize workability, and has an excellent antistatic coating agent with little variation in excellency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: antistatic coating agent, comprising antistatic coating composition; and manufacturing antistatic coating, comprising (i) preparing a conductive filler solution by dispersing the conductive filler in a solvent, and (ii) preparing a coating solution by mixing an epoxy-based resin with the prepared conductive filler solution, where step (i) is performed by irradiating ultrasonic waves for 0.1-2 hours after mixing and homogenizing the carbon nanotubes, the solvent, and the amine-based curing agent.
