▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of wear-resistant conductive nylon by thermal modification of graphene involves providing graphene oxide as raw material, heat-treating at 400-1000 degrees C for 1-4 hours, obtaining a heat-treated graphene oxide, melt-blending heat-treated graphene oxide, nylon 6 and additive at 200-300 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, obtaining a blend, and molding the blend at 200-300 degrees C and 10-20 MPa for 5-20 minutes. USE - Preparation of wear-resistant conductive nylon by thermal modification of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy preparation of wear-resistant conductive nylon by thermal modification of graphene.
