NOVELTY - Preparing graphene natural rubber composite material involves adding dispersant a, graphene, and water into the reactor. The mass ratio of dispersant a, graphene, and water is 0.1-0.5:5:95, and high-speed stirring is performed to make a uniformly dispersed graphene dispersion. The obtained graphene dispersion is added to the natural latex solution containing dispersant b and 100 pts. wt. dry glue according to 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene. The stirring is performed physically under mixing, acid coagulating, washing and drying for obtaining the graphene natural rubber composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene natural rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene natural rubber composite material is simple, easy to implement, low in cost, easy to industrialize, improves the dispersion and uniformity of graphene in natural rubber, has high wear resistance and high mechanical properties due to its unique properties, and has good economic and social benefits.
