NOVELTY - Three-dimensional porous graphene material has a sheet-shaped structure at surface layer, and a three-dimensional porous structure at inner portion. The sheet-shaped structure covers the three-dimensional porous structure. USE - The three-dimensional porous graphene material for use in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional porous graphene material: has high specific surface area and high pore volume; has excellent thermal conductivity, conductivity and electrical conductivity; and improves the lithium ion battery energy density, cycle life and electrochemical performance. The cladding of the sheet structure is helpful to improve the structure stability of the graphene material; and provides the sheet-shaped graphene material, which can effectively improve the graphitization degree and stability of graphene, and expand the application prospect of graphene. The method uses the mixture of potassium carbonate and calcium carbonate as activator, in the heat treatment process, which improves the reaction activity and pore-forming function, and reduces the sintering temperature and time, and is good for reducing the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of three-dimensional porous graphene material comprising uniformly mixing cation exchange resin with activator to obtain precursor, where the activator is a mixture of potassium carbonate and calcium carbonate, putting precursor under inert atmosphere, heating and sintering at 750-1200degrees Celsius for 0.1-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, and washing and drying.
