▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-modified zinc oxide-phosphorus pentoxide-based film involves homogenizing zinc precursor and phosphorus precursor with graphene oxide to obtain a transparent solution, leaving still to complete hydrolysis-condensation reactions, depositing as 10-20 layers by a spin coating technique on a glass support, and heat-treating the obtained thin layers to obtain a film having adjustable fluorescent properties from improved to blow-out depending on the deposited layers and the molar ratio zinc oxide and phosphorus pentoxide. USE - Production of reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-modified zinc oxide-phosphorus pentoxide-based film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides film having controllable fluorescent properties.
