NOVELTY - Preparing composite sheet material modified water-based heavy-duty anticorrosive coating comprises (i) taking 15-30% basalt scales, 1-5% graphene oxide dispersion, 5-20% waterborne phenolic resin, 10-40%ferric oxide, 5-20% barium sulfate, 10-30% epoxy-polyamine adduct, 10-30% water, 0.5-3% anti-flash rust agent, 0.5-2% dispersant and 0.5-2% defoamer to obtain component A, (ii) taking 45-60% modified epoxy resin latex, 0.2-1% defoamer, 0.5-2% pH regulator, 0.2-1% thickener and 39-54% water to obtain component B, (iii) polymerizing 20-40% polyisocyanate, 40-60% oligomer polyol, 0.5-1% chain extender, 0.5-2% hydrophilic chain extender and 10-20% solvent and distilling off solvent to obtain component C and (iv) carrying out high-speed dispersion and mixing at a ratio of component A, component B and component C is 20:2-6:1-3. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite sheet material modified water-based heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces the contact of water vapor with the substrate, and the conductivity of graphene also plays a role of cathodic protection; improves the stress concentration inside the resin matrix; increases the path for the corrosive medium to diffuse into the matrix resin and the time to penetrate the matrix; and improves the anti-corrosion performance of the coating.
