▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped carbon-based platinum-cobalt alloy oxygen reduction catalyst, involves adding a carbon carrier to an organic solvent, stirring at room temperature to obtain a carbon base solution, adding a platinum precursor, a cobalt precursor, a stabilizer, a dispersant, and a surfactant to the carbon base solution, ultrasonically mixing at room temperature, adding the solution to a PTFE-lined reactor, packaging into a stainless steel shell, placing in a blast drying box for solvothermal reaction, cooling, centrifuging, washing, drying, and grinding to obtain the product as a black powder. USE - Preparation of N-doped carbon-based platinum cobalt alloy oxygen reduction catalyst used as electrocatalyst for electrochemical oxygen reduction in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The N-doped carbon-based platinum-cobalt alloy oxygen reduction catalyst has uniform dispersion and stable characteristics, and exhibits excellent oxygen reducing activity under acidic conditions. The method is simple and low in cost, and enables easy batch preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the N-doped carbon-based platinum-cobalt alloy oxygen reduction catalyst having a grain diameter of 2-5 nm and a particle lattice spacing of 0.19 nm.
