▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen doped three-dimensional graphene comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide, and (ii) adding iron(III) chloride dihydrate as main pore-forming agent during reduction of graphene oxide, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 75-85 degrees C and pyrolyzing in heat treatment furnace at 500-800 degrees C for 2-5 hours under pure nitrogen atmosphere to obtain nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen doped three-dimensional graphene.
