NOVELTY - An oil fume purification device comprises a housing, and filter layer mesh longitudinally provided in the housing. A portion of the surface of the housing comprises a transparent plate. The filter layer mesh is provided in parallel at intervals, and includes at least two blocks provided perpendicular to the flow direction of the oil fume. The filter layer mesh comprises a three-layer structure provided in parallel. The outer layers on both sides filter layer mesh are antibacterial and antiviral metal mesh, and the intermediate layer is a photocatalytic layer. USE - Device is used for purifying oil fume (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure, is easy to operate and economical, and can enable processing of oil smoke with various concentrations, realize purification of oil fume, and effectively prevent breeding and spread of bacteria or viruses. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for purifying oil fume, which involves passing to-be-treated oil fume into the oil fume purification device under visible light conditions, filtering using a filter screen, photocatalytically decomposing, filtering, repeating above process, and obtaining purified oil fume.
