▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The carbon solid target has a carbon nano-tube layer with a vertical carbon nanotube array. A carbon nanofilament layer is provided on the surface of the carbon nano tube layer and comprising a graphene layer, diamond layer and diamond-like layer in the one kind of or more. The density of the layer is 0.1 to 2.5 gram per cm 3. The target has substrate having convex structure, where the height of the structure is less than or equal to 50 μ m. USE - Carbon solid target for generating soft X-ray by laser plasma acceleration mechanism and laser plasma accelerator (claimed) used in water window imaging and carbon window imaging for detecting macromolecule structure and diagnosing chemical reaction process. ADVANTAGE - The carbon solid target and ultra-short super strong laser interaction can generate soft X-ray light radiation with high brightness, and the energy conversion efficiency of the process is high. The target has high brightness and high quality and it has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a method for generating soft X ray by laser plasma accelerating mechanism; and a laser plasma accelerator.
