NOVELTY - Photo-driven composite nano motor based on oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide comprises oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide substrate, which is nano-tubular coated with a reducing and oxidizing reduced graphene oxide to form a double-layer composite structure, which comprises oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide substrate as inner layer and reduced graphene oxide as outer wall. USE - The photo-driven composite nano motor with oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide is used in drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The composite nano motor achieves high-efficiency movement in low-concentration biocompatible fuels under visible light irradiation, and controllable movement in high-concentration isotonic cell environments under UV light irradiation loaded with anticancer drugs, achieves high directed motion in a short time, reaches the target accurately, and useful for environmental restoration, which is green and eco-friendly, simple, feasible, and can realize batch preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: use of the photo-driven composite nano motor based on oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide in drug delivery system; and a method for preparing the photo-driven composite nano motor, involving depositing reduced graphene oxide (rGO), removing large laminas of commercially available graphene oxide to obtain treated graphene oxide, and dispersing the treated graphene oxide in a mixed solution of sodium sulfate and sulfuric acid to obtain suspension (A), taking poly carbonate (PC) film, after spraying gold as a working electrode and taking the suspension (A) as an electrolyte solution, removing the suspension (A) after the deposition is finished, and cleaning the PC film deposited with the reduced graphene oxide, slowly dripping lactic acid into anhydrous copper sulfate solution, stirring uniformly, adjusting pH to alkaline for obtaining solution (B) and depositing the PC film with reduced graphene oxide as working electrode, using solution (B) as electrolyte solution, depositing oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide substrate (CuO) substrate on the PC film deposited with reduced graphene oxide, after finishing deposition, removing the gold layer on the PC film, dissolving and removing the PC film to obtaining reduced graphene oxide/oxygen containing porous cuprous oxide substrate (rGO/CuO) composite nano motor.2+12+1
