NOVELTY - Nano composite powder material comprises 100 pts. wt. of double layer polymer coated nano alumina as core. The double layer polymer is coated with a sulfonated polyether amine layer and a polyether amine-hyperbranched polypyridine copolymer layer from the inside to the outside. The nano composite powder material further comprises 10-30 pts. wt. of poly ether amine coated carbon nanotubes, and 20-50 pts. wt. of 4-(2-bromoethyl) benzenesulfonic acid modified graphene oxide. USE - Nano composite powder material for high performance hydrogen fuel cell of vehicle (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano composite powder material for high performance hydrogen fuel cell of vehicle, which involves adding the formulation component and stirring at 80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes at 800-1500 rotations per minute to obtain a nanocomposite powder material.
