▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material comprises graphene oxide, modifier, phase change material and surface treatment agent at 0.1:1.425-2.85:3.5:1.05-2.1 mass ratio. It has latent heat value of 130.52-148.5 J/g. USE - Modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material used to prepare silicone rubber thermal interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material has high latent heat value i.e. 130.52-148.5 J/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material comprising adding 2-10 mg/ml graphene oxide water solution with modifier dissolved in an organic solvent and/or water, magnetically stirring under ultrasonic condition, introducing argon gas, reacting at constant temperature of 60-90 degrees C for 3-6 hours, obtaining black suspension liquid phase, adding phase-change material and surface treatment agent into organic solvent, stirring at constant temperature of 60-90 degrees C for 1.0-1.5 hours, adding the black suspension liquid phase, under magnetic stirring action, reacting at constant temperature of 60-90 degrees C for 1.0-2.0 hours, cooling, standing and layering, separating, washing and drying to obtain the product i.e. micron grade gray brown solid powder; and (2) application of modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material comprising uniformly mixing silicone rubber monomer, crosslinking agent and modified graphene oxide-coated composite phase-change material at 9-10:1:10-15 mass ratio, putting in a mold, curing for 24-48 hours at room temperature, and crosslinking to obtain silicone rubber thermal interface material.
