NOVELTY - The graphene has a nine membered ring comprising a first carbon atom and a second carbon atom arranged adjacent to each other, where the nine membered ring comprises the first nitrogen atom and the second nitrogen atom. The first nitrogen atom is adjacent to the first carbon atom, where the second nitrogen atom is adjacent to the second carbon atom. A potential energy between a lithium ion and the nine membered ring decreases as a distance between the nine membered ring and the lithium ion is decreased. USE - Graphene for use in a power storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene can improve charging and discharging characteristics of the power storage device. The grapheme has the power storage device used as an auxiliary power supply in daytime when the temperature is high and the refrigerator door and the freezer door are opened and closed, thus reducing usage rate of electric power in daytime. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a power storage device.
