NOVELTY - The apparatus has a driving part for supporting a vicinity of a graphene acoustic vibrating film (100) and driving the vibrating film by generating magnetic power proportional to inputted current. Bending direction of the a vibrating film is determined according to magnetic field direction of the driving part. A graphene layer i.e. graphene monolayer/graphene multi-layer, is arranged on a substrate with fixed interval. An organic layer is formed with the graphene layer. A protective film is adhered with a side of the graphene layer and the substrate. USE - Sound generating apparatus i.e. speaker for an acoustic-apparatus e.g. earphone, mobile phone and MP3player. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus easily adjusts thickness of the vibrating film and drives the vibrating film in electromagnetic driving mode so as to reduce power consumption and distortion of tone, thus improving tone quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The protective film comprises poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), thiophene system polymer, polypyrrole, polyaniline and polyvinylidene fluoride. The substrate comprises polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyethersulfone, PVC, polypyrrole and polyimide and polyethylene.
