▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The converter has a substrate which comprises a metal bottom layer (4), a silicon layer (3) and a silicon dioxide layer (2). An artificial structure (1) is arrayed on a substrate surface of a unit structure which is mutually orthogonal, and overlapped with a centre of a transverse H-shaped graphene arm. The transverse H-shaped graphene arm is connected with a transverse H-shaped metal arm. The gap is formed between the transverse adjacent unit structures of the transverse H-shaped metal arm. A centre of unit structure array is on a substrate central line. USE - Double functional polarization converter based on graphene DC contact used in meta material field. ADVANTAGE - The linear polarization conversion and polarization conversion of two functions switching are realized. The basic structure is made simple, the function of linear polarization conversion and polarization conversion switch are realized in very wide frequency band range, the conversion efficiency of the polarization function is improved, and the bandwidth axial ratio are improved.
