NOVELTY - The method involves (a) preparing connecting agent, (b) homogenizing anode material and cathode material, (c) coating anode slurry and cathode slurry on aluminum foil and copper foil according to surface density requirement, drying to obtain positive plate and negative plate, (d) rolling and folding the positive plate, making the aluminium foil surface of the uncoated slurry close to each other, folding the negative plate, rolling to compacted density required by the positive electrode and the negative electrode of full battery, or placing the aluminum foil at the bottom of the positive plate, placing the copper foil at the bottom of the negative plate, and rolling to required compaction density, (e) punching sheet to form the positive electrode and the negative electrode, (f) using connecting agent to bond the positive electrode in the positive electrode shell or gasket, and bonding the negative electrode in the positive electrode shell or the gasket, (g) drying, and (h) assembling. USE - Preparation method of half-battery close to full battery surface density and compaction density for lithium ion battery used in electronic device such as mobile phone, notebook and power battery.
