NOVELTY - Preparation of magnetized lyophobic graphene-based nano damping fin involves mixing graphite oxide, anhydrous toluene and tridecafluoro octyl trimethoxysilane, heating, refluxing, repeatedly washing obtained product, vacuum-drying, adding graphene and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate particles dissolved in solution of distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment, heating, slowly adding sodium hydroxide granules, magnetized lyophobic graphite, bisphenol A epoxy resin, trimethyl hexamethylene diamine and acetone, curing obtained material and cutting. USE - Preparation of damping fin used for high-voltage dynamic hydraulic sealing damper (all claimed) used for controlling vibration in fields of military, aviation and aerospace, engineering machinery and civil engineering. ADVANTAGE - The compact lightweight damper has high energy dissipation density and deformability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of magnetized lyophobic graphene-based nano damping fin involves mixing 325-mesh-sized crystalline flake graphite powder, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid having concentration of 95 %mass, stirring under ice bath for 30 minutes, adding potassium permanganate to obtained mixed solution under stirring, maintaining water temperature of less than 20 degrees C, maintaining mixed solution at room temperature for 12 hours under stirring until final liquid becomes bright yellow, adding distilled water to resultant mixed solution, heating at 98 degrees C for 24 hours under stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide having mass concentration of 30% into obtained mixed solution, stirring for 2 hours, washing obtained product using hydrochloric acid solution having mass concentration of 5% for 3 times, and distilled water for 3 times, vacuum-drying to obtain graphene oxide, uniformly mixing prepared graphite oxide and anhydrous toluene, quickly adding tridecafluoro octyl trimethoxysilane, magnetically stirring, heating in 90 degrees C oil bath, refluxing for 24 hours, reflowing, filtering, repeatedly washing obtained product using toluene and distilled water for 3 times, vacuum-drying at 100 degrees C for 12 hours, adding graphene and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate particles dissolved in solution containing distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol in volume ratio of 4:1 to obtained mixed solution, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, mechanically stirring for 12 hours, uniformly mixing, heating in oil bath at 90 degrees C, slowly adding sodium hydroxide granules, mechanically stirring at 90 degrees C for 6 hours, vacuum-drying, adding magnetized lyophobic graphite, bisphenol A epoxy resin, trimethyl hexamethylene diamine curing agent and acetone, stirring obtained solution at normal temperature under magnetic force, continuously volatilizing acetone, such that obtained solution becomes viscous, processing viscous material in cylindrical mold under friction action and electric field action, curing at 80 degrees C for 6 hours under pressure of 5 MPa, and at last, cutting obtained solidified and formed damping block along orientation magnetic field direction into slices having thickness of 5 mm. The solid-to-liquid ratio of 325-mesh-sized crystalline flake graphite powder, sodium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, distilled water and hydrogen peroxide is 5 g:2.5 g:120 mL:15 g:150 mL:50 mL. The solid-to-liquid ratio of graphite oxide, anhydrous toluene and tridecafluoro octyl trimethoxysilane is 1 g:10 g:10 mL. The solid-to-liquid ratio of graphite, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate particles, and solution containing distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol is 1 g:10 g:250 mL. The solid-to-liquid ratio of magnetized lyophobic graphene, bisphenol A epoxy resin, trimethyl hexamethylene diamine curing agent and acetone is 1 g:1 g:0.25 g:50 mL. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for high-voltage dynamic hydraulic sealing damper, which has an upper cylinder component, a lower cylinder component, two connecting steel pipes and magnetized lyophobic graphene-based nano damping fin. The magnetized lyophobic graphene-based nano damping fin is fixed inside the upper cylinder component. The lower cylinder component is double-outlet piston cylinder. An ethylene glycol is loaded inside the upper and lower cylinder components and two connecting steel pipes. The maximum working pressure in the damper is 60 MPa.
