NOVELTY - Preparing optical film comprises (i) coating ultraviolet curing glue on one side of the film base material, (ii) taking the flat panel material with surface convex structures, coating borneol solution on the convex structure of the plane plate, and drying and curing to obtain the borneol plate, (iii) coating the graphene solution, coating the conveyor plate on the surface of the borneol plate to obtain a graphene sheet, (iv) compounding the graphene sheet and the thin film obtained in step (i) with the substrate, and extending the surface into the ultraviolet curing glue to obtain composite board, (v) irradiating the composite board with an ultraviolet lamp, and solidifying the ultraviolet curing adhesive, (vi) baking the composite plate at 80-120degrees Celsius to solidify the graphene, and sublimating the borneol, and (vii) separating the plane board from the film substrate to obtain a finished optical film. USE - The method for preparing optical film is used in graphene application technology field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables coating borneol solution and graphene solution, only coating a semicircular part at a tip so as to realize effect of avoiding graphene solution coating outside a convex structure of the plane plate in the preparation method, thus reducing volume and occupied space of the bulge.
