▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated nano-copper involves washing nano-copper particles with organic solvent, and then washing in deionized water and drying at 40-100 degrees C. The dried nano-copper particles is placed in CVD reaction furnace, use inert gas for 3-5 minutes, and evacuated to 10-50 pascal, pass in mixture of carbon source gas and reducing gas at volume ratio of 1-4:1 and flow rate of 0.05-1L/min. The pressure of the reaction furnace is adjusted to 50-200 pascal and temperature is 650-900 degrees C, rotary CVD reactor, reaction time is 0.1-0.5 hours, annealed at 400-550 degrees C for 0.2-0.4 hours, stop the introduction of the mixed gas, and cooled the CVD reactor to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated nano-copper. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-coated nano-copper that has simple preparation process, low cost, good reliability, improves oxidation resistance of nano-copper and increases thermal conductivity of nano-copper.
