▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing adsorption film comprises (a) dissolving graphene oxide in water, adding graphene oxide and A1100 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent) to gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane including A1100 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent) and KH-550 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent), mixing and dissolving, carrying out sol-gel reaction to obtain a hybrid precursor, (b) adding hybrid precursor and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and A1100 (RTM: amino-functional coupling agent), continuously allowing to react for 1-24 hours to obtain a substance, which is allowed to stand and defoaming to obtain a coating liquid, (c) directly coating the coating liquid to obtain a film on the support, placing under room temperature for separating the film from the support, drying the film and cooling to obtain adsorption film without a support, directly coating the coating liquid on the support to obtain a film, drying the support and the film and cooling. USE - The method is useful for removing, recovering and reusing nickel ion in water. ADVANTAGE - The film has high efficiency and high speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing adsorption film comprises (a) dissolving graphene oxide in water under inert atmosphere or air at 10-100 degrees C, adding graphene oxide and A1100 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent) in a mass ratio of 1:0.1-10 to gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane including A1100 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent) and KH-550 (RTM: Amino-functional coupling agent), mixing and dissolving, carrying out sol-gel reaction for 1-48 hours to obtain a hybrid precursor, (b) adding hybrid precursor and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and A1100 (RTM: amino-functional coupling agent) in a mass ratio of 10:0.1-2, continuously allowing to react for 1-24 hours to obtain a substance, which is allowed to stand and defoaming to obtain a coating liquid, (c) directly coating the coating liquid to obtain a film on the support, placing under room temperature for 1-48 hours for separating the film from the support, drying the film at 10-100 degrees C for 1-48 hours and cooling to obtain adsorption film without a support, directly coating the coating liquid on the support to obtain a film, drying the support and the film at 10-100 degrees C for 1-48 hours and cooling.
