NOVELTY - Detecting quinolones drug residue in animal derived food involves weighing 1-2 g sample in 50 ml centrifuge tube, adding 10 ml disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid-dipotassium phosphate buffer solution, 10-50 microL choline chloride p-cresol mixed solution, 0.05-0.1 g magnetic graphene oxide molecular imprinted polymer, vortex, after ultrasonic extraction, using magnetic gun to absorb magnetic graphite molecular imprinting polymer, adding 1 ml 0.25% formate eluent to analyze quinoline medicine in sample, mixing uniformly, sieving by 0.22 microm organic filter film to obtain liquid to tested; detecting liquid to-tested by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-mass spectrometry (MS)/MS for measuring in positive ion mode under mass spectrum electron spray ionization (ESI) source, and internal standard method USE - Method for detecting quinolones drug residue in animal-derived food used for meat, poultry, fish and poultry products. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide good selectivity, high sensitivity, short detection time, and improved detection efficiency, where ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution with hydrophobic eutectic solvent is combined as extracting solvent, which greatly improves extraction rate of quinolone substance.
