▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Steel sheet comprises steel plate substrate; a graphene layer disposed on the steel plate substrate; and an adhesive layer disposed between the steel plate substrate and the graphene layer. The adhesive layer contains phenyl-based compound (I). USE - Used as steel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The steel sheet has excellent adhesion between steel sheet and graphene without separate binder resin; provides effect of improving barrier properties and orientation of graphene, and maximizing the inherent properties of graphene i.e. heat dissipation and electrical conductivity; and has effect of easy coating on large area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Steel sheet comprises steel plate substrate; a graphene layer disposed on the steel plate substrate; and an adhesive layer disposed between the steel plate substrate and the graphene layer. The adhesive layer contains phenyl-based compound of formula (I). R1 = -H or -OH; R2 = -OH, -NH2 or -NHCH3; R3 = H or OH; and n = 1-1000. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing steel sheet comprising (a) preparing dispersion comprising phenyl-based compound (I) and graphene, (b) forming graphene layer on the adhesive layer and adhesive layer comprising phenyl-based compound (I) by applying the dispersion to the surface of the steel plate substrate, and (c) heat-treating the steel sheet substrate on which the adhesive layer and the graphene layer are formed.
