NOVELTY - A graphene-cadmium selenide nanobelt heterojunction has graphene film and cadmium selenide nanobelt. USE - Graphene-cadmium selenide nanobelt heterojunction is used for preparation of parallel component of solar battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The component formed using the graphene-cadmium selenide nanobelt heterojunction is compact and has excellent stability for long period of time.
