NOVELTY - An object is additively manufactured using three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus by applying additive manufacturing material on substrate to form 1st layer, optionally applying subsequent layers, and forming greater than or equal to 1 layer or its portion by addition-crosslinking electro-conductive silicone composition comprising (A) greater than or equal to 1 organopolysiloxane compound comprising, per molecule, greater than or equal to 2 2-6C alkenyl radicals bonded to silicon atoms, (B) greater than or equal to 1 organohydrogenopolysiloxane compound comprising, per molecule, greater than or equal to 2 hydrogen atoms bonded to identical or different silicon atom, (C) greater than or equal to 1 catalyst comprising greater than or equal to 1 metal from platinum group or its compound, (D) greater than or equal to 1 reinforcing silica filler, (E) greater than or equal to 1 thixotropic agent selected from compounds having epoxy group, (poly)ether and/or (poly)ester group, and/or organopolysiloxane having aryl group, (F) greater than or equal to 1 electro-conductive filler F, selected from nickel coated carbon, preferably nickel coated graphite and/or graphene, and (G) optionally, greater than or equal to 1 crosslinking inhibitor G. USE - The method is useful for additive manufacturing an object using a three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus, for producing elastomer article, preferably a silicone elastomer article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resulting electro-conductive elastomer articles have reduced or even no trend to collapse or deformation of the layers at room temperature before complete curing. The composition allows for time efficient production of electro-conductive element or a portion of it. The advantages brought out by using such a composition in the additive manufacturing process include good processability, regulable mechanical properties, good stability, and etc. The 3D elastomer articles have excellent manufacture accuracy and improved electrical conductivity, which can be regulated with regard to the electrical conductivity in a broader range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An object is additively manufactured using a three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus by (1) applying additive manufacturing material on substrate with 3D printer selected from extrusion 3D printer or material jetting 3D printer to form a 1st layer; (2) optionally applying greater than or equal to 1 subsequent layer(s) of additive manufacturing material onto 1st layer, where compositions of the materials of 1st and subsequent layers are kept the same or different from each other; and (3) allowing 1st and optional subsequent layers to crosslink, optionally by heating, to obtain an elastomer article. At least one layer or a portion of greater than or equal to 1 layer is formed by addition-crosslinking electro-conductive silicone composition comprising (A) greater than or equal to 1 organopolysiloxane compound comprising, per molecule, greater than or equal to 2 2-6C alkenyl radicals bonded to silicon atoms, (B) greater than or equal to 1 organohydrogenopolysiloxane compound comprising, per molecule, greater than or equal to 2 hydrogen atoms bonded to identical or different silicon atom, (C) greater than or equal to 1 catalyst comprising greater than or equal to 1 metal from platinum group or its compound, (D) greater than or equal to 1 reinforcing silica filler, (E) greater than or equal to 1 thixotropic agent selected from compounds having epoxy group, (poly)ether group and/or (poly)ester group, and/or organopolysiloxane having aryl group, (F) greater than or equal to 1 electro-conductive filler F, selected from nickel coated carbon, preferably nickel coated graphite and/or graphene, and (G) optionally, greater than or equal to 1 crosslinking inhibitor G. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of addition-crosslinking electro-conductive silicone composition for producing electro-conductive element or its portion, in electronics, automobiles, aerospace, high-speed railway, communication, electric power, medicine, and wearable intelligent devices.
