NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene counter electrode involves manufacturing a graphene compound onto which nitrogen elements are doped by doping nitrogen on graphite, and surface-treating a fluorine doped tin oxide transparent electrode with the graphene compound by electrostatic spray deposition. USE - Manufacture of graphene counter electrode used for dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical manufacture of graphene counter electrode having excellent catalytic property, and provides dye-sensitized solar cell having excellent stability for long period of time.
