▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing carboxylated graphene/chitosan composite coating agent comprises (i) preparing carboxylated graphene powder; (ii) preparing chitosan solution; (iii) taking carboxylated graphene powder and mixing it with water to obtain a carboxylated graphene solution; and (iv) adding1-10 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene solution to 1000 pts. wt. chitosan solution, mixing well, adding 1-5 pts. wt. activator, and reacting for a period of time, adding 1-5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, reacting for a period of time, and finally adding 0-3 pts. wt. nano metal material. USE - The method is useful for preparing carboxylated graphene/chitosan composite coating agent. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures formaldehyde removing rate of the composite coating agent not greater than 95% and obtained finished leather is less than or equal to 20 parts/million. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for finished product leather, comprising coatingprocess, where the coating agent in the coatingprocess uses carboxylated graphene/chitosancomposite coating agent.
