▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing pine wood sawdust modified graphene aerogel comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water at a mass ratio of 1:400, placing into ultrasonic cell crusher and ultrasonically crushing for 30 minutes; (ii) adding pine sawdust and thiourea into mixed solution at a mass ratio of 1: 5, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes to obtain stable suspension, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide and pine sawdust is 1:1; (iii) sealing mixed solution obtained in step (iii) in 100 ml polytetrafluoroethylene hydrothermal kettle, setting at 150-220 degrees C with pressure of 14-20 MPa for 6-8 hours, where the ultrasonic frequency is 20000-27500 Hz; and (iv) cooling hydrothermal kettle, soaking the generated hydrogel in deionized water for 24 hours, freezing and drying the hydrogel for 72 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing pine wood sawdust modified graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel exhibits a complete transparent tulle fold structure as a whole, which will result in lower overall free energy of grapheme and provides a feasible way for the mass production of graphene-based adsorbents.
