▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon material comprises a graphene laminated structure, and slope of the straight line connecting points shows natural logarithm of the scattering intensity (LN(q)) is -1.5 in small-angle X-ray scattering spectrum of the carbon material, and points indicating the natural logarithm of the scattering intensity when the natural logarithm (LN(q)) of the scattering vector is 1.4, is -1.5 or less. USE - Carbon material used as electrode material for power storage devices (all claimed) such as capacitor and lithium-ion secondary battery. Uses include but are not limited to portable apparatus, hybrid vehicle, electric vehicle, domestic electrical storage. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent static electric capacity and rate characteristics.
