▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Conductive ink comprises 10-30 wt./vol.% thermoplastic urethane as a binder, 70-90 wt./vol.% graphene nanoplatelets or graphene sheets, 0.01 wt./vol.% solvent and 5-10 wt./vol.% surfactant, where the solvent facilitates the tuning of the viscosity of the ink, and the solvent is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, m-cresol, dimethylformamide, or a non-organic solvent. USE - The conductive ink is used for flexible electronics and printed electronics. ADVANTAGE - The ink has high electrical conductivity, washability, and viscosity that can be tuned as per requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing a conductive ink comprising mixing graphene nanoplatelets or graphene sheets with the solvent to achieve a concentration of 0.5-1 wt./vol.% graphene in the solvent, adding the surfactant to the graphene-solvent mixture, ultrasonically processing the graphene-solvent-surfactant mixture for 4 hours, and adding the binder, and stirring the mixture at 70-80 degrees C to obtain the conductive ink.
