▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanohybrid biomaterial comprises a graphene oxide, which is functionalized with sodium hyaluronate. USE - Nanohybrid material used for producing drugs for accelerating bone healing (all claimed) in biomedical applications. ADVANTAGE - The nanohybrid biomaterial has excellent potential of non-cellular cytotoxicity and osteogenic capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanohybrid biomaterial, which involves (a) synthesizing graphene oxide using a mixture with 1-20% (w/v) expanded graphite dispersed in a solution of oxygenated acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in an ultrasonic bath, (b) placing the mixture obtained in step (a) in an ice bath under agitation, and slowly adding an oxidizing compound with or without the aid of a catalyst, (c) maintaining the material obtained in step (b) at 30-70° C and agitating for at least 1 hour and leaving still for 5-26 hours, (d) heating the solution obtained in step (c) at 30-70° C and shaking vigorously for 5 minutes and leaving still for 1 day, (e) adding hydrogen peroxide in sufficient volume to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.5-3% (w/v) hydrogen peroxide in the solution obtained in step (d), (f) shaking the solution obtained in step (e), leaving for 1 day and neutralizing with a basic compound such as potassium hydroxide, pure or in solution, (g) filtering the mixture obtained in step (f) through 0.22-0.45 μ m membrane and drying in an oven, (h) adding sodium hyaluronate to the graphene oxide obtained in step (g) in a ratio of 0.1:1-200:1 graphene oxide in relation to sodium hyaluronate with the aid of a polar solvent and shaking vigorously or ultrasonically for 1 hour and leaving still for 2 hours, and (i) reducing the volume of the solution until obtaining a paste which is dried at 30-70° C.
