▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating antistatic nanofibers spun from antistatic spinning solution on a core yarn which is spun by a melt spinning process and is not cooled completely by adopting a conjugate electrostatic spinning process in the melt spinning process. The antistatic nanofibers are adhered to the core yarn to manufacture an intermediate yarn. A multi-component yarn containing a natural antibacterial yarn is coated on the intermediate yarn to manufacture a composite yarn with the antibacterial and antistatic functions. USE - Antibacterial and antistatic function featured composite yarn manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing the composite yarn with better antibacterial and antistatic function, and better durability. The method enables avoiding the problem of functional loss caused by composite yarn during the use or weaving process, effectively reducing the strength of the twisting between each fiber when requiring to reach same degree of strength, and preventing the damage caused by over-strong twisting to the yarn.
