NOVELTY - The graphene composite film includes graphene and single crystal sapphire whiskers. The graphene forms a substrate film layer. The single crystal sapphire whiskers are dispersed in the substrate film layer. The content by weight of the graphene is greater than that of the single crystal sapphire whiskers. USE - Graphene composite film used for electrode (claimed). Can be used in lithium ion batteries and capacitors. ADVANTAGE - Provides a graphene composite film that is modified by a single crystal sapphire whiskers, that has stable structure, and that does not easily break in folding performance. Ensures formation of an electrode with improved structural stability, thus improving the electric performance of the energy storage device. Ensures that the graphene composite film has increased structural stability and folding resistance, and excellent electroconductivity and thermoconductivity based on the high temperature resistance of the graphene and single crystal sapphire whiskers. Ensures uniform dispersing and blending of the single crystal sapphire whiskers in the substrate film made of graphene, thus achieving a synergistic interaction effect between graphene and single crystal sapphire whiskers to endow with graphene composite film with excellent toughness, electroconductivity, and thermal resistance at the same time. Ensures that the graphene composite film can be prepared with easily controllable conditions at reduced cost to ensure stable performance of the graphene composite film which is suitable for industrial mass production. Ensures that the graphene composite film has stable structure, low internal resistance, and excellent electroconductivity, thermoconductivity, cycle performance, and rate performance during usage, charging and discharging. Improves the electrochemical properties of corresponding products used with the graphene composite film.
