▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuous mass production of graphene comprises (a) injecting an inert gas into a plasma apparatus to generate plasma, (b) injecting expandable graphite and intercalation graphite into the plasma apparatus in predetermined amount, (c) expanding the expanded graphite and the intercalated graphite by thermal plasma treatment to exfoliate the graphene, (d) passing the exfoliated graphene through a vacuum chamber and collecting through a collector, and (e) cooling the collected graphene to obtain powder. The graphene has an average thickness of less than or equal to 100 nm, an average size of 0.5-5 mu m, and an oxygen-carbon ratio (O/C) of less than or equal to 0.2. USE - The method is useful for continuous mass production of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not require reduction process and does not use acid, so it is possible to produce graphene in environmentally-friendly manner; and achieves continuous mass-production of graphene with high yield at high speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for continuous mass production of graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
