NOVELTY - A graphene/molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nano self-lubricating composite material is prepared by taking graphene oxide nano-sheet, adding salt, sulfur sodium cyanate and sodium chloride and deionized water to form mixed solution to obtain mixed solution I, regulating pH of mixed solution I, mixing solution I, processing through ultrasound uniformly, putting hydrothermal reaction kettle into PTFE lining, sealing and processing hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging and collecting product, washing, and drying product at nitrogen (N2)/hydrogen (H2) atmosphere. USE - Method of preparation of graphene/molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nano-self-lubricating composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nano self-lubricating composite material is prepared by taking graphene oxide nano-sheet, adding salt, sulfur sodium cyanate and sodium chloride and deionized water to form mixed solution to obtain mixed solution I, regulating pH of mixed solution I with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to 6, mixing solution I, processing through ultrasound uniformly, putting hydrothermal reaction kettle into PTFE lining, sealing and processing hydrothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 24-48 hours, centrifuging and collecting product, using deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol to wash, drying product at nitrogen (N2)/hydrogen (H2) atmosphere at 800-900 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain the self-lubricating composite material.
