NOVELTY - Preparing carbon steel polyurethane terrace, involves (i) setting a sealing curing primer layer (1) on the surface of the concrete base layer, (ii) setting levelling layer on surface of sealed curing primer layer and (iii) setting wearable surface paint layer on a surface of levelling layer, where the sealing and solidifying primer layer includes 60-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 50-80 pts.wt. concrete sealing curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-mildew agent (2), the levelling layer includes 100-120 pts. wt. aqueous- polyurethane resin, 10-15 pts.wt. acrylate; 8-15 pts.wt. quartz sand; 20-50 pts.wt. silicate cement; 5-10 pts.wt. filler; 4-8 pts.wt. fiber; the wearable surface paint layer comprises 80-150 pts.wt. aqueous polyurethane resin; 20-50 pts.wt. amino resin; 5-10 pts.wt. graphene modified carbon steel powder; 1-3 pts.wt. antistatic agent ; 1-2 pts.wt. mill base; 15-20 pts.wt. quartz powder. USE - Method for preparing carbon steel polyurethane terrace. ADVANTAGE - The method provides carbon steel polyurethane terrace with scratch resistance and high hardness. The sealing curing primer layer has good sealing and curing effect, and improves the strength and wear resistance of the surface layer of the concrete structure, and is added with anti-mildew agent, antibacterial and mildew-proof.
