NOVELTY - High load-bearing performance plastic pallet composition comprises 60-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 5-10 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene (PP), 0.1-3 pts. wt. colorant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. wear-resistant material, 0.1-15 pts. wt. modified graphene and 0.1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - The high load-bearing performance plastic pallet composition is useful in chemical engineering industry and light spinning industry. ADVANTAGE - The high load-bearing performance plastic pallet composition improves wear resistance of the plastic tray, improves bearing performance of the plastic tray, and prolongs service life of the plastic tray. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the high load-bearing performance plastic pallet composition, comprising (i) providing the material, (ii) drying, (iii) mixing, (iv) extruding, (v) cooling, specifically comprises providing 60-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 5-10 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.1-3 pts. wt. colorant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. wear-resistant material, 0.1-15 pts. wt. modified graphene and 0.1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, placing the HDPE, CPE and PP are respectively in a drying room for drying treatment at 50-70℃ for 30-120 minutes at the same time, continuously turning out the dry material, completing the drying, transferring the dried material to a cool place for static treatment, drying the colorant, antioxidant, dispersant, wear-resistant material, modified graphene and stabilizer in a mixer to mix for 20-60 minutes to obtain a mixture, placing the mixture in a double-screw extruder for extrusion thermal treatment, where the double-screw extruder has 5 heating temperature zones, the temperature of the first zone is 240-250℃, second zone is 250-260℃, third zone is 260-270℃, fourth zone is 270-275℃, fifth zone is 275-280℃, matching the double-screw extruder with the blow mold, extruding the raw materials in the double-screw extruder into the blow mold, completing the blow molding process, cooling the mold to 60-70℃, removing the product from the mold, passing the product through the air cooling device to carry out air cooling treatment on the product, and cooling the product to room temperature, stacking and storing the product.
