▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite pigment filler comprises 1-2 wt.% 80-90 %mass phosphoric acid solution, 16-36 wt.% steel slag powder comprising hot slag powder, air quench slag powder, molten iron desulfurization slag powder, cast residual slag powder, converter hot slag powder, converter drum slag powder, electric furnace hot slag powder or electric furnace drum slag powder, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 40-70 wt.% 2-6 %mass dilute hydrochloric acid solution and 10-25 wt.% montmorillonite comprising calcium-based montmorillonite, sodium-based montmorillonite, sodium-calcium-based montmorillonite, and magnesium-based montmorillonite. The graphene and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide are analytically pure. USE - Composite pigment filler. ADVANTAGE - The composite pigment filler has improved rust prevention performance, flame retardant performance and has high adhesion. The production cost is reduced by 30-50% and the method efficiently utilizes steel slag and montmorillonite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite pigment filler which involves mixing phosphoric acid solution and steel slag powder at normal temperature using thermostatic magnetic stirrer, stirring at speed of 750-1000 rpm for 6-8 hours to obtain porous steel slag micropowder, mixing dilute hydrochloric acid solution, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and montmorillonite by thermostatic magnetic stirrer at temperature of 60-80 degrees C, speed of 1500-2500 rpm for 8-12 hours, drying mixture by using oven having drying temperature of 80 degrees C to obtain intercalated montmorillonite fine powder, mixing porous steel slag micropowder with intercalated montmorillonite micropowder under normal temperature condition by using thermostatic magnetic stirrer at speed of 500-750 rpm for 4-6 hours to obtain porous steel slag-intercalated montmorillonite micropowder and mixing graphene and porous steel slag-intercalated montmorillonite powder by constant temperature magnetic stirrer at normal temperature, vacuum of 0.03-0.09 MPa, stirring speed of 500-1000 rpm for 6-10 hours.
