▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified carbon fiber reinforced polymer-based material, which is prepared by using modified carbon fiber polymer matrix and solidified agent as raw material. The preparation method of the modified carbon fiber comprises soaking the oxidized carbon in a biomass polymer solution of 30-95 mg/ml, taking out and washing and drying to obtain tbiomass polymer-encapsulated carbon fiber. USE - The material is useful in preparing spacecraft, space shuttle and space station shell (claimed) and in fields of aerospace, transportation tool and energy equipment. ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes biomass polymer to encapsulate oxidized carbon fiber to improve the interlaminar shear strength; has excellent mechanical strength; improves the mechanical strength and has broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace, transportation tools, energy equipment and the like. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified carbon fiber reinforced polymer-based material comprising mixing the polymer matrix and curing agent uniformly to obtain the upper slurry, using the upper slurry to slurry the modified carbon fiber and curing to obtain the product.
