NOVELTY - Removing heavy metals from amino acid in fish meal involves preparing graphene modified nano crystalline cellulose which is added at certain temperature, and then cleaning with ethanol and de-ionized water. The mixture is vacuum dried to obtain pre-treated nano-crystalline cellulose. The pre-treated nano-crystalline cellulose is added to concentrated nitric acid in mass ratio of 1:300-350 and ultrasonically dispersed at 80-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours. The mixture is washed with deionized water until the pH is 7.0 and dried under vacuum condition to obtain acidified nano-crystalline cellulose. USE - Method for removing heavy metals from amino acid in fish meal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to remove heavy metals from amino acid in fish meal in simple manner with low processing cost and good heavy metal removing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Removing heavy metals from amino acid in fish meal involves preparing graphene modified nano crystalline cellulose which is added at certain temperature, and then cleaning with ethanol and de-ionized water. The mixture is vacuum dried to obtain pre-treated nano-crystalline cellulose. The pre-treated nano-crystalline cellulose is added to concentrated nitric acid in mass ratio of 1:300-350 and ultrasonically dispersed at 80-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours. The mixture is washed with deionized water until the pH is 7.0 and dried under vacuum condition to obtain acidified nano-crystalline cellulose. The nano-crystalline cellulose is mixed with polyamide amine at 20-30 degrees C for 10-12 hours and washed with methanol and de-ionized water. The mixture is vacuum dried to obtain polyamide amine modified nano-crystalline cellulose. The acetone is added to graphene oxide in mass ratio of 1:20-30 and ultrasonically dispersed to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid. The polyamide-amine modified nano-crystalline cellulose is added and to graphene oxide in mass ratio of 1:2-5 for 12-14 hours at 100 degrees C. The mixture is filtered and repeatedly washed with ethanol and deionized water. The mixture is dried to obtain the graphene modified nano-crystalline cellulose. The fish meal amino acid solution is prepared by mixing fish meal with sulfuric acid in mass ratio of 1:3.5-4.5. The zeolite is added and subjected to constant boiling hydrolysis to obtain hydrolysis liquid. The solution is cooled to room temperature. The calcium hydroxide is added to neutralize until pH is 7.0 and filtered to obtain amino acid solution. The pH of heavy metal regulating amino acid solution is adjusted to 5-6. The 1-1.5 gram graphite modified nano-crystalline cellulose is added in 1 liter amino acid solution and stirred for 3-4 hours and filtered to remove heavy metals from amino acid in fish meal.
