NOVELTY - An outer spinning solution comprises 5-40%, preferably 15-30% fluoropolymer resin, 55-90%, preferably 60-70% diluent, 5-30%, preferably 5-10% porogen, and 0-10%, preferably 1-5% modified graphene oxide modified using a hydrophilic segment polymer on one side and a hydrophobic segment polymer on the other side. USE - Outer spinning solution used for preparing fluoropolymer hollow fiber porous film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The outer spinning solution is used for environmentally-friendly and simple preparation and modification of fluoropolymer hollow fiber porous film having high strength, excellent support, low membrane filament damage rate, excellent anti-pollution performance, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the fluoropolymer hollow fiber porous film, which involves preparing the outer spinning solution, soaking a braided tube in a 10-50% mixture of water and an organic liquid comprising one of dimethyl sulfoxide, gamma -butyrolactone, and triethyl phosphate, preparing hollow fiber film and screw spinning.
