▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antistatic smokeless and sulfurless propellant comprises 82-90 wt.% nitrocellulose, 2-8 wt.% glycidyl azide polymer, 2-4 wt.% potassium nitrate, 0.5-1 wt.% component A, 2-5 wt.% component B, 0.5-1 wt.% modified graphene oxide, 0.2-0.5 wt.% multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 0.2-0.5 wt.% hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-0.5 wt.% ursolic acid and 0.2-0.5 wt.% tebufenpyrad. USE - The antistatic smokeless and sulfurless propellant is useful for fireworks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The propellant: has good stability, high emission height, good antistatic, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties; is environmentally-friendly and preparation process is simple, utilizes easily available raw materials and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic smokeless and sulfurless propellant, comprising (i) dividing nitrocellulose into group I, II and III at mass ratio of (0.02-0.04):(0.3-0.55):8, adding group I nitrated bamboo cellulose to ethyl acetate, stirring at room temperature to dissolve to obtain a 0.01-0.7% nitrified bamboo cellulose solution, recording as solution I, and transferring it into the spray gun; (ii) adding group II nitrocellulose into ethyl acetate, stirring at room temperature until it swells to obtain a 4-8% nitrocellulose sol, adding component A, ursolic acid and tebufenpyrad and stirring continuously until dissolved to get sol II; (iii) mixing group III of nitrocellulose cellulose with glycidyl azide polymer and modified graphene oxide to obtain mixture A; (iv) mixing potassium nitrate, component B, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and multi-walled carbon nanotubes uniformly to obtain mixture B; (v) adding the mixture B obtained in step (iv) into the sol II obtained in step (ii) under stirring, stirring for 20-60 minutes, adding the mixture A obtained in step (iii), kneading evenly and adding specific amount of ethyl acetate until it is kneaded until it is soft, hard, moderate and uniform; (vi) pelletizing the soft, hard, and moderate uniform gums obtained in step 5 with a 50-meshes copper sieve, drying in a fume bonnet to semi-dry, transferring into a blast oven, drying at 60 degrees C for 8 hours, taking out, crushing gently and sieving through a 100 meshes copper sieve to remove sieve residues with too small particles, and through a 50 meshes copper sieve to take the sieve residue of the 50 mesh copper sieve to obtain antistatic smokeless and sulfurless propellant intermediates with uniform particles; and (vii) spraying the solution I obtained in step (i) on the surface of the antistatic smokeless and sulfurless propellant intermediate in step (vi) continuously in a blast and dry environment by stirring for 20-40 minutes.
