NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene oxide-melamine resin composite involves (1) dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to prepare 4 wt.% solution, dissolving polyethylene oxide in dimethylformamide/dichloromethane composite solvent to prepare 4 wt.% solution, mixing with obtained solution, adding medical stone powder, tourmaline powder and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating, stirring, filtering and washing to obtain modified graphene oxide, (2) adding formaldehyde solution, melamine and hexamethylenetetramine to reactor under stirring, prepolymerizing melamine with formaldehyde solution, controlling the pH, adding polyethylene glycol, polycondensing and controlling the pH to obtain composite melamine formaldehyde resin, (3) adding prepared graphene oxide, stirring, adding alkali pH regulator, and (4) placing obtained melamine resin prepolymer-containing graphene oxide in vacuum oven, adjusting pH and curing. USE - Preparation method of graphene oxide/melamine-resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide/melamine-resin composite material with improved thermal conductivity, resin structure stability, thermal stability and graphene oxide dispersion uniformity, reduced agglomeration phenomenon of particles, and improved bonding strength, flexibility, and bending property of melamine resin, by environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The step (1) comprises 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. medical stone powder, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tert-butyl hydroperoxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene oxide, and the volume ratio of dimethylformamide and dichloromethane in composite solvent is 1:1. In the step (1), the heating temperature is 60-70 degrees C, the stirring time is 1-2 hours, and the filter cake is washed with ethanol 2-3 times. In the step (2), the concentration of formaldehyde solution is 37%, the molar ratio of melamine to formaldehyde is 1:(2-3), the pH is controlled to 8-8.5, the pre-polymerizing temperature is controlled at 85-105 degrees C and the pre-polymerizing time is 70-120 minutes, the content of hexamethylenetetramine is 4-12 %mass of the content of melamine, the pH value is controlled to 5-6, the content of polyethylene glycol is 40-60 %mass of the content of melamine, the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 800-1500, and the polycondensation process is performed at 45-55 degrees C for 80-100 minutes. In the step (3), the stirring time is 10-20 minutes, the pH value is adjusted to 8-9, and the reaction time is 3-4 hours. In the step (4), the drying temperature is 30 degrees C, the pH value is adjusted to 5-6, and the curing process is performed in oven at 50 degrees C for 8-9 hours.
