▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of titanium dioxide-graphene composite material involves taking flake graphite raw material, performing Hummer's method to prepare graphene oxide solution, fully mixing 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate, glacial acetic acid and water, adding dropwise tetrabutyl titanate, magnetically stirring, supersonically treating, performing microwave-assisted ion solvothermal reaction of titanium dioxide sample at 180-200 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, drying to obtain precursor and adding to solution under acidic conditions. USE - Method for preparing titanium dioxide-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has easy operation, fast reaction speed, short synthesis time, high product purity, good repeatability, strong practicability and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of titanium dioxide-graphene composite material comprises taking flake graphite raw material, performing Hummer's method to prepare graphene oxide solution, fully mixing 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate, glacial acetic acid and water, adding dropwise tetrabutyl titanate, magnetically stirring until bright white, supersonically treating until solution is colorless transparent, performing microwave-assisted ion solvothermal reaction of titanium dioxide sample at 180-200 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, drying to obtain precursor, adding to solution under acidic conditions, performing microwave-assisted ion solvothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, fully mixing with graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 140-160 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, repeatedly washing by deionized water and ethanol, vacuum-drying at 80-100 degrees C for 10-12 hours and forming cubic mesoporous structure.
