NOVELTY - Iron-based powder metallurgy material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. iron powder, 8-16 pts. wt. modified composite powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. cobalt powder, 2-5 pts. wt. molybdenum powder and 1-4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, where the modified composite powder is prepared by modifying the iron powder with copper. The reducing agent is formaldehyde. The complexing agent is disodium diamine tetraacetate and triethanolamine. The stabilizing agent is 2, 2-bipyridyl. The dispersant is polyethylene glycol. USE - The iron-based powder metallurgy material is used in various industrial manufacturing fields. ADVANTAGE - The iron-based powder metallurgy material has good mechanical strength, hardness, tensile strength and elongation.
