NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly ceramic brake block comprises raw material comprising 10-20 pts. wt. natural composite fibers, 10-20 pts. wt. ceramic fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. cis-1,4-polyisoprene, 3-5 pts. wt. mineral composition, 10-20 pts. wt. natural composite resin, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt carbon-carbon composite materials, 3-5 pts. wt. iron-chromium-aluminum alloy fibers, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 3-5 pts. wt. nitrile butadiene powder. USE - Environmentally-friendly ceramic brake block. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic brake block is environmentally-friendly and avoids the production of large amount of harmful substances which cause environmental pollution, during processing or application, and has excellent durability, wear resistance while ensuring the heat dissipation performance of the brake pads, thermal conductivity, prevents the cracking and damage due to excessive temperature, and facilitates the people's normal use of ceramic brake pads. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of environmentally-friendly ceramic brake block, which involves weighing of raw materials by measuring the required weight ratio of natural composite fiber, ceramic fiber, cis-1,4-polyisoprene, mineral composition, natural composite resin, graphene, carbon-carbon composite materials, iron-chromium-aluminum alloy fiber, coupling agent and nitrile butadiene powder, and storing the measured components through the storage equipment for use, preparing initial mixture by pouring the measured natural composite fiber, ceramic fiber, cis-1,4-polyisoprene, natural composite resin and coupling agent into the mixing and stirring equipment, and adding the solvent, starting the heating mechanism to control the temperature in the mixing equipment at 85-105 degrees C, stirring at 500-600 rpm for 30-40 minutes, so that the natural composite fiber, ceramic fiber, cis-1,4-polyisoprene and natural composite resin are fully mixed to obtain the initial mixture material, adding the weighed mineral composition, graphene, carbon-carbon composite material, iron-chromium-aluminum alloy fiber and butadiene nitrile rubber powder into the obtained mixture, stirring continuously at a speed of 700-800 rpm for 1-2 hours to fully disperse and mixing the filler in the obtained mixture when the mixture becomes viscous, to obtain the brake pad slurry, transferring the brake pad slurry to the mold cavity of the hot press forming equipment, and then starting the pressure head to hot press the raw material, maintaining the pressure head for pressurizing for 1-2 minutes, and then starting the drying equipment to dry the hot-pressed brake pads to complete the brake pad forming process, transferring the formed brake pads to a heat treatment furnace and heating them for 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 90-110 degrees C, carrying out surface high-temperature treatment at a temperature of 110-130 degrees C, and air-cooling for 10-15 minutes after the treatment is completed, washing the brake pads after the heat treatment through the cleaning equipment for 2-3 times, and carrying out quality inspection, after passing the quality inspection, using the packaging equipment for packaging, and finally selling or storing in the warehouse.
