▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional sheet composite material modified by riboflavin sodium phosphate comprises mixing sodium ribofluorophosphate, two dimensional sheet material with water to form a uniform mixing system, using ball milling process, intercalating the riboflavin sodium phosphite into the interlayer of the two dimension sheet material, and simultaneously peeling off to obtain two-dimensional sheet composite obtained by the two- dimensional sheet composites of sodium ribobiflavin phosphate. USE - The composite material is used for key components for preparing anticorrosive paint eg. graphene, graphene oxide and boron nitride. ADVANTAGE - The method uses natural riboflavin sodium phosphate (FMN) to modify the two-dimensional sheet material. The modified two- dimensional sheet material can be stably dispersed in the aqueous epoxy, which is good for enhancing the anti-corrosion effect of the coating. The method has simple operation, the raw material is easy to obtain low cost, short synthesis time and slow corrosion, and promotes the three effect of mechanical peeling, which can effectively improve the antireflective performance of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint; and anticorrosive coating.
